Function
Responsible for the effective operations of the DAFNE project with the institute. Assist with driving the key deliverables and improving operations for qualitative outputs.
Responsibilities
- Booking all courses, recruitment nights, post course, refresher course, workshop and manage the team calendar/ meetings and arranging all related documents needed for that
- Assist with writing, updating all policies and procedures
- Arrange DAFNE file numbers and Keep the DAFNE filing system similar to the UK database system
- Responsible/ track DAFNE team (educators) documentation for the quality assurance
- Responsible/ track the quality assurance cycle every year
- Participating and overview the marketing and advertisement and social media accounts
- Responsible for annual reporting
- Follow up all open file requests related to DAFNE and update their status accordingly.
- Responsible and required to write finance and activity reports for the head of the unit
- Manage unit needs of storage and stationary items
- Act as a point of contact for data/information requests for DAFNE candidates and graduates
- Extract the base line data for DAFNE graduates from the hospital/polyclinic where has been diagnosed at, as well as any other medical information needed and follow it on yearly basis
- Follow up DAFNE hot line to be sure team replied to all messages and report it weekly
- Book appointments for DAFNE candidate and graduate as per needed
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by the team
Required Skills and Expertise:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible to guide and direct the DAFNE coordinator and data entry staff members, and DAFNE receptionist
Education
Bachelors in related area
Requirements
- Over 5 years of previous experience in the similar role is required
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good communication skills
- Must be Bilingual (Arabic and English)
