Function
To support the integration of core processes across the institute, enhancing strategic management, resource coordination, organizational efficiency, and delivery. This includes assisting with monitoring, assessing, escalation, and reporting efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall DOI institutional strategy.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, facilitating, and monitoring specific institutional themes and programs of work as assigned by the line manager.
- Provide support in prioritizing, standardizing, and organizing the sequencing of multi faceted implementation of roadmaps
- Contribute to strategically important programs by providing administrative and operational support
- Help gather and organize data for assessment findings to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and collaborative efforts.
- Support the preparation, review, and analysis of collaboration assessments, reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with senior team members to track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of assessment tools, templates, presentations, summaries, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in strategic and collaborative processes and suggest potential enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between project sponsors, program leads, and workstream leads, coordinating with the Strategy Management Office.
- Work collaboratively with local, regional and international associates/partners to align efforts on the overall strategy
- Monitor, update, and communicate work plans and reports, monitoring progress and escalating pertinent issues, as needed.
- Support in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support in developing strategic charters, business cases, feasibility studies, and dashboard reports for executive review as needed.
- Support other team members as needed to assist in delivering their objectives.

Required Skills and Expertise:
Education
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Business Administration, Project Management, Science or any related field though Healthcare Planning experience is preferred).
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar organization
- Knowledge of office protocol, document management methodologies and procedures is required.
- Must have strong and effective organizational skills and proven capability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint, automated document management applications and the aptitude to continually learn new software or applications are required
- Good Interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English, Arabic is a plus.
