Function

Talent Development Specialist is responsible for creating a conducive learning environment, managing training processes, and contributing to the overall development and satisfaction of employees. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and requires a proactive approach to address the dynamic needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with relevant departments to identify internal training needs, plan, and execute internal training courses.
  2. Ensure seamless communication and alignment between departments involved in training initiatives.
  1. Design and manage surveys to gather feedback on training programs.
  2. Develop dashboards to analyze survey data and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  3. Use insights from surveys to continuously improve the quality of training programs.
  1. Create and maintain a training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  2. Maintain and manage the training budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
  3. Create and present monthly reports on training expenses, highlighting variances and proposing adjustments as needed.
  1. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to talent development and employee engagement.
  2. Undertake any additional duties assigned by the HR Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
