Serve as subject matter experts to all functions and responsibilities with the HR department. The specialist assists with implementing institutional and departmental objectives through processes and procedures and generate report to aid strategic planning & decision making.



  1. Recruitment Cycle: Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes creating and updating job descriptions to reflect current needs, posting job openings on DDI's website and potentially on other platforms, reviewing and filtering applications, selecting candidates for interviews, conducting interviews, extending job offers, preparing employment contracts, and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
  2. Probation Period: Prepare the probation period evaluation form and follow up with newly hired employees and their direct managers to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  3. Job Descriptions: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and regularly review and update these descriptions to align them with the changing needs of DDI.
  4. Job Fairs: Represent DDI and actively engage with potential candidates, promoting the company's brand and culture.
  5. Recruitment Financial Reports: Prepare monthly reports and dashboards related to recruitment expenses and budgeting.
  1. Medical Licenses: Manage employees' medical licenses and oversee the issuance and renewal processes, ensuring that all employees have the necessary qualifications to perform their jobs.
  2. Internship Programs: Coordinate with different departments for internship programs to help DDI identify and nurture emerging talent. To be involved in designing internship opportunities and overseeing the selection and development of interns.
  3. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality to protect employee privacy and uphold the trust of the workforce.
  4. Support and Flexibility: Being proactive in assisting the HR team with various tasks, which could range from administrative duties to more specialized HR functions. Flexibility and willingness to help as needed are valuable assets.
  5. Other Duties: Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.


Required Skills and Expertise:

1.         Relevant Experience (Minimum of 4 Years):

•           The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment.

•           This experience should include a proven track record of successfully managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

•           Having experience in a similar industry or organization size may be advantageous, but not necessarily a strict requirement.

2.         Teamwork and Leadership:

•           The candidate must recognize the value and responsibility of working effectively in a team.

•           Actively support and contribute to the development of team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

•           The ability to identify and proactively solve issues within the team, to ensure the HR department operates smoothly and efficiently.

3.         Analytical Skills:

•           Strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

•           Able to analyze data related to recruitment metrics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment strategies.

4.         Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and Software, Especially Excel:

•           Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, with a particular emphasis on Excel.

•           Excel skills are essential for creating and maintaining recruitment reports, financial dashboards, and other data-driven documents.

•           Ensure efficient data management and reporting within the HR department.
