Responsibilities
Some or all of the following qualities are expected:
a. Knowledge and experience in data mining and Mathematical & Statistical procedures for the analysis of large-scale data. Experience in coding these procedures to high standards of programming.
b. A good working knowledge in Health Information, Lifestyle Informatics, and Bioinformatics (particularly statistical genetics and genomics).
c. Experience of participation in multi-disciplinary large-scale Information Systems.
d. Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Perl and C) in Unix/linux environment and in software development in the domains of Informatics.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Experience in Software development/management preferably in Public Health Data System and/or Bioinformatics.
