Function
· Conduct training needs assessment for all prospect trainees.
· Deliver on-the-job training and orientation sessions for DDI new hires as and when required.
· Provide training and staff development programs, using classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Provide ongoing training for the external Healthcare Professionals (e.g. from the MoH) based on the individuals’ training needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessment for all prospect trainees to assess their knowledge level and individual needs
- Deliver on-the-job training and orientation sessions for DDI new hires as and when required

Conduct ongoing training and/or personal development classes for the DDI staff members and MoH Healthcare Professionals based on the individuals’ training needs on the following:
- Electronic Health Record Systems Training (KHN & Report Writer)
- ICDL (Basic IT) training
- Support the delivery of the Education Program of Dundee University if required
- Participate in ongoing departmental meetings as necessary
- Perform other related duties as required by the department
Required Skills and Expertise:
· Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or B.Sc. in Computer Engineering/Science (IT)
· The required IT knowledge and certification for ICDL delivery.
- IT literacy (such as A+, MCP or equivalent)
Other Comments:
Provide evidence of the acquired professional certifications.
