Function

· Plan and implement the programs of in-service education

· Orient new clinical staff on nursing functions, procedures, services, safety measures, professional discipline & others

· Orient clinical staff on machines, tools and equipments’ usage

Construct Policies and Procedures related to the E & T Dept. line of business

Responsibilities

Conduct the required training of clinical nurses (see below for detailed list)
Develop training for nurses other than mentioned below based on needs analysis
Conduct Orientation of new employees (clinical staff)
Participate in Community Outreach Programs
Participate in ongoing departmental meetings as necessary
Perform other related duties as required by the department

Required Skills and Expertise:

1- B.Sc. Nursing minimum with extensive experience, M.Sc is preferred

2- Minimum 5 years experience in related field as clinical instructor

3- Experience in Accreditation Programs in Medical Institutes

4- Experience in teaching Nursing/Education staff
